ORDER

Do I receive a confirmation of my placed order?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

Can I change an order?

Changing your order after the order has gone through is not possible.

Can I cancel an order?

It is not possible to change an order. Should a problem arise, please contact us.

Do the listed prices include VAT?

Yes, the prices quoted include VAT.

How can I pay?

You can pay via iDeal. Other payment options are not possible at this moment.

 

SEND

When can I expect my order?

We strive to ship your order within three working days by PostNL. A Track & Trace number will be sent to your email address, which you can use to track your order. Moving boxes will sometimes be delivered by a transport company and not by PostNL. In that case we will inform you.

What are the shipping costs?

The postage for parcels up to 10 kg is €9,25; for packages from 10 kg to 31,5 kg €13,25; and for packages from 31,5 kg minimal €26,50.

Do you also ship to other countries?

No, we (currently) only deliver in the Netherlands.

Can I pick up my order at your facility?

Yes, you can pick up your order at one of our facilities. Look for the opening hours of the reception on our website.

What should I do if my order is wrong?

If, unfortunately, something went wrong with you order, please contact us immediately.

What time can I expect my package?

We cannot provide specific delivery times. We have no influence on delivery times. It is best to enter the Track & Trace number provided by us for the latest update online on your delivery. Your specific wishes regarding the delivery (for example: contact before delivery, delivery to the neighbors etc.) we can not pass on to PostNL or moving company.

 

RETURN

Can I return my order?

You have the right to return your order without any given reason, within fourteen days, if the order is not used and is in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging. 

How do I return an order?

You can return your order at a PostNL service point, or you can return your order at one of our facilities.

How do I get my payment back?

If you send your return order to one of our facilities, we will transfer the amount back into your bank account within fourteen days after receiving the item(s). The shipping costs for returning are at your own cost. If you return your order at one of our facilities you will be given the option of receiving your money back immediately (in cash).
